Submission Guidelines

  Author Guidelines

    What are we looking for? Any type of story, article, poem or all around funny story. No jokes, especially stock jokes. Anything is accepted as long as it is funny. Nothing too offensive or explicit. The format is to be rated PG or PG-13.

Short stories:

Must be original with a twist of humor. Any story type or genre is considered. The main concept is to be funny. The maximum word length is 3,000 words.

Articles:

Must be funny. It can be on any subject or topic. How to write funny, stand up comedy. Movie or book reviews on classics (not on current releases). Reviews on obscure references (i.e. 1985 Sears Christmas Catalog, John Deere Tractor Manual, Hamburger Helper directions.)

Poetry:

Must be funny.

Cartoons:

Original cartoons should be funny.

Payment:

    Short stories $10 upon publication (note-only 2 stories per month are published.)

    Cartoons $5 upon publication. (note-only one cartoon published per month.)

Payment Method: PayPal, check or money order (note-all payments made on the 15th of the month.)
